Title: Public Comment Period & Public Hearing for Sulfur Dioxide Instrastructure State Implementation Plan 
Description: DES has prepared, and intends to submit to the EPA, a certification of the adequacy of New Hampshire's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the requirements of the federal Clean Air Act, section 110 (a) (1) and (2), pertaining to infrastructure elements for implementation of the one-hour federal air quality standard for sulfur dioxide. DES hereby solicits comments and has scheduled a public hearing on this SIP revision. Comments must be submitted in writing or by email or fax to Charles Martone, Air Resources Division, NH Department of Environmental Services, P.O. Box 95, Concord, NH 03302-0095; email Charles.Martone@des.nh.gov; fax (603)271-1381. All comments on the proposed SIP revision must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013, to be entered into the record.
