Title: Public Hearing on Amendments to Env-A 700, Permit Fees, and Env-A 907.01, Reporting Requirements, Rules 
Description: A Public hearing to accept comments on the amendments to the Env-A 700, Permit Fee Rules, and Env-A 907.01, Reporting Requirements Rules. Current rules require owners operating emergency generators/emergency engines under the applicable General State Permit (GSP-EGs) to submit an annual emissions report and pay an annual emission-based fee. The proposed rules would eliminate the requirement to file an annual emissions report and would replace the annual emission-based fee with a once-every-5-years registration fee.
