| 1. Why isn't my pharmacy showing in the drug price detail listing?
| The drug price detail listing only displays pharmacies that have reported pricing for the period open. If
your pharmacy has not reported pricing information for that period (usually 30 days) then they will not be displayed
in the detail listing.
| 2. Why aren't all towns/cities showing in the drug price summary listing?
| In an effort to limit information displayed, the drug price summary listing only displays towns/cities with pharmacies that have pricing for the period open. If
a pharmacy in that town/city has not reported pricing information for that period (usually 30 days) then the town/city will not be displayed
in the detail listing.
| 3. Why does the top 25 drug listing change?
| The top 25 drugs listing is compiled of results from prescriptions filled by pharmacies across the state. The top 25 drugs is a listing of
those drugs that have been filled in the pricing period (usually 30 days) no matter what the quantity or strength of the drug. This provides a better picture
of the top 25 drugs rather then only displaying the specific drug for strength and quantity.
| 4. Why isn't my drug/strength showing up on the drug listing when I search for it?
| The drug listing is compiled from prescriptions filled by pharmacies across the state. If no pharmacies have filled the drug in the
pricing period (usually 30 days) then the drug/strength will not be displayed on the drug listing.
| 5. Why is my prescription price at the same pharmacy different than the one published on the website?
| This price does not include discounts that a pharmacy may offer to seniors or for other reasons. Prescription drug prices may vary from day to day, so the price that you find at your pharmacy may not be the same price that appears here.
